The challenge

Build a complete SaaS suite for future newlyweds with 19 interconnected business modules: guest management + RSVP, drag-and-drop seating chart, to-scale floor plan, outdoor layout plan (drone/satellite), budget, reverse timeline + day-of schedule, moodboard, DJ playlist brief, catering menu with dietary requirements, wedding mini-site, venues & itineraries, welcome board, paper OCR, AI vow assistant, and more. The challenge: a multi-tenant architecture with independent yet interconnected modules.

Our solution

Multi-tenant WordPress SaaS architecture with 18 custom business plugins and a custom WeddingPart theme. Each module is independent but interconnected: the budget feeds the catering menu, the guest list feeds the seating plan and menu (dietary requirements), the timeline tracks every step. Stripe payment with multi-tier membership system. GDPR compliance, hardened security. Vendor directory currently being expanded (2 active listings in May 2026).

  • Premium wedding budget — position presets, color categories, real-time tracking, PDF export.
  • Collaborative moodboard — smart color palette, drag & drop canvas, PDF export.
  • Catering menu with dietary options per guest — connected to the guest list, real-time stats for the caterer.
  • Reverse schedule + day-of timeline — combination D-12 → Day 0 + hour-by-hour schedule.
  • DJ playlist by section — ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, evening, next day.
  • Vendor directory — address book (categories, statuses, contacts, email/PDF sharing).
  • Collaborative QR album — guests upload their photos without registration via QR code.
  • Wedding one-page site — synchronized with all tools (moodboard, guests, venue, menu…).

  • Welcome panel — 27 templates, 24 high-resolution textures.
  • Paper import via AI (OCR) — photo of printed sheets analyzed by Claude AI.

What makes this project unique

19 tools integrated into a single suite — a volume rarely seen in the French wedding planning market. Each tool is designed to work both standalone AND in sync with the others (the countdown planner tracks everything, the budget impacts the menu, the guest list feeds the seating plan). The vendor directory is currently being expanded.
